Three panelists—all small business people themselves—will share quick yet impactful adjustments you can make to your routine to help you improve your physical and mental well-being.
6:30pm – Networking and healthy juices, teas, and snacks served
7:00pm – 8:00pm our panelists will present on topics including:
- 90 second resets to reduce stress / anxiety
- How to create healthy movement habits
- How to make easy healthy eating choices

8:00pm – 8:30pm: Open Q&A with all the panelists so you can get answers to your most pressing small business health and wellness questions.
Please fill out a waiver BEFORE ARRIVING at Brooklyn Boulders for the event. Every attendee will need to complete a waiver, since BKB is an active climbing gym!
