Townsquared Local Leaders

Eric Williams

Before starting Sentry Protective Service, I had a humble beginning in the security industry as a Pinkerton Strike Force Guard, protecting the property of a well-known grocery store chain in 1989 in the Bay Area. I have walked K-9 dogs on the Richmond, CA, waterfront, protecting unlocked vehicles from nearby cargo container ships. I have experience working in high-risk housing projects across the Bay Area. I have worked in industrial warehouses in Alameda, CA. I have worked on many different contract security locations with many different security concerns.

I was promoted by Pinkerton Security to supervisor at a young age and managed a staff of 15 guards. I have worked for three different security guard companies. I then worked for the armored transportation industry and was promoted to Crew Chief which gave me the experience to be a creative problem solver, educator, and leader.

After 25 years in the Security Field, I decided to create a security company which meets the demands of our time and is responsible to the concerns of the people we work for and represent. At Sentry Protective Service, we never stop innovating new ideas to adjust to our ever-changing work environment and community.

For me, the sentry soldier or guard protects people and property and to do so is a badge of honor, just as it is an honor and privilege to be part of the Townsquared local business community, to be available with my best advice to help meet your security needs and concerns.
