Just a quick note for anyone interested in adding chat to their site....... I have live chat on my company site and my no job like your own too. It really adds a level of customer support to your business. So which one to use? I highly recommend www.Tawk.to ( no I have no stake in the company, but love it anyway) It's actually free, highly customizable and their support is amazing. Live chat is great in that you can engage a potential client, yet are not sidetracked by an interruption say like a phone call.
