The days leading up to the end of summer and the beginning of fall signal a "Back to School" mentality (regardless of the warm weather), and include an increased desire to reevaluate, refresh and restore ourselves for a new year. In my world of fitness, people will start new routines or resume familiar ones after taking a break. I like to offer a "buy one get one free session" to get new or former clients I haven't seen in awhile back to training. For retailers, the frenzy of buying new clothes, shoes, office and school supplies, housewares, and books is almost like the holidays with the amount of promotions and deals out there, capitalizing on people's increased need to shop at this time of year. How do you use this "Back to School" time to your advantage? Would love to hear some of your strategies!
