Hi everyone, My own field is creative marketing, meaning that 100% of all my work is psychological warfare in one way or another. My own basis is consumer behavior and market psychology???two areas that I think are crucial to any entrepreneur. I just wanted to know if any of you guys ever took into account the subconscious actions and behaviors of any of your customers, and made improvements and changes to your business based on them? Maybe you have, but never noticed that this is what you were doing? Any answers are appreciated, thanks guys!
