As a business owner, I often find that I don't have great perspective on what my strengths and weaknesses are. I can tell you easily what is challenging and what I know I need to work on, but what comes easily to me usually comes so easily that I don't realize that it coils be called a strength. The Gallup Clifton Strengths test is designed to measure your top five strengths so that you can lean into your strengths rather than focus on your weaknesses. For example, my number one strength is "input" which in the Gallup explanation means that I love collecting information, and should dedicate time to reading, filing, sharing and quietly thinking about how to apply new knowledge.
