I am currently using Zenreach for email. However, it does more than an average email platform, like Constant Contact or iContact, etc. It tracks customer visits, birthdays, anniversary, age, gender, etc, by using their email address once entered in the system via wifi sign up, then you can set up automatic email to send to your customers, either by birthdays, or after certain visits, even "lost customer" which means it will send an email to a customer that has not been to your store for a while. They provide their client a Zenreach router once they signed up, hence there is a 1-year contract and charge a monthly fee.
In my opinion, this is better than an average email platform, but with the monthly fee I am paying, I think it is still falling short with its ability. For instance, I cannot delete an email address but need to contact customer support to do so, or if I want to send a 1st-time customer discount coupon manually, the system doesn't recognize this customer has already received one via wifi sign-up.
Does anyone know a better platform similar to Zenreach?
