Fellow restaurants, this can be a deal breaker for customers: a restaurant with a dirty bathroom. Often if they find the bathroom dirty they'll either never come back or leave a less than sterling review. Of course, it gets crazy at peak times and it can be hard to give the porcelain god their due but even if it's just a quick wipe down of all surfaces with a disinfect wipe, this can make a huge difference. Another good idea is to get yourself and your staff in the habit of doing a once over everytime they use the restroom or if they notice something requiring more attention to immediately let you, or another staff member, know immediately so it can be dealt with.
