Hi there fellow retailers! During these erratic retail days, it seems like we should always be trying to find creative ways to get people in the door. Last year when I was really new I used an outdoor rack to draw people in. The boutique is small and relatively new and the outdoor rack lets people browse without commitment and also see that the prices here in the shop are pretty affordable. I worry about theft and also possibly making the store less "classy" by having outdoor "sale" racks. We can't see the outside as well as we used to be able to when we first opened due to an additional rack, but maybe it's worth the risk. What are your experiences and thoughts on outdoor displays and sale racks? Thanks in advance as always, Xenia
