Hi there! Admittedly, I have opened my business while working another job; that means I never sat with a business plan or set goals, etc. To me, it felt like it would take time away from running my actual business. Those of you who are also in the day-to-day thick of it, do you revisit and adhere to your business plans? How often do you make amendments? Do you do this even if you don't have investors? I know clarity can be found in the exercise of writing the plan, but I wonder if its worth the time (my most limited resource!)
