I have been reading an excellent book called The Tipping Point, by Malcolm Gladwell, the main premise of which is the idea that small, often seemingly insignificant changes can have a huge impact in social and business trends. Has anyone experienced something like this: A small tweak to your brand or website, or marketing strategy perhaps, that had an impact on the success of your business? Such insights, I feel, can be enormously valuable to everyone when considering how best to get your brand "stuck" in a customer's mind.
