Received a beautiful package of candles from a maker in california I love. Glass is fragile. Shipping is costly, especially precious when goods are handmade or small batch, BUT they sent me a box 3/4 full of packing peanuts. The shipping place by me doesn't take them for reuse because reselling these peanuts is illegal in NYC. (This is what they told me.) I appreciate that people are discouraged from using or selling these environmental nightmares BUT not jazzed that this also makes it difficult for people to REUSE them. What do I do?
