The Seattle Public Library (SPL) is one of the greatest public resources available to the Seattle small business community. The mission of the Seattle Public Library is bring people, information, and ideas together to enrich lives and build community. Supporting small business is a large part of that mission.
To empower the Seattle local business community, the SPL focuses on three key areas of small business development and has robust programs for each. The SPL provides tools and support to help businesses:
- Understand their industry
- Improve business skills
- Find referrals to other business assistance organizations
